Bodhi Center ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Bodhi Group in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use center.bodhigroups.com ("the Service") and how we handle it.

• Account information — name, email, phone, language preference, and the password you set when you register.
• Assessment responses — answers to the Genius assessment and Business Health Check.
• Engagement data — messages exchanged with advisors and the AI Mentor-Coach, session summaries, action commitments.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps (standard web logs).
• Optional integrations — if you bind your Telegram account, we store your Telegram chat ID.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the Service: matching you with advisors, generating Mentor-Coach responses, scoring assessments, sending notifications.
• To improve the Service: anonymised aggregate analytics on usage and outcomes.
• To communicate with you: account, payment (when applicable), service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share assessment content with third parties for marketing.

4. Who can see your data

• Your advisor can see your name, contact details, request summary, and the assessment results you choose to share.
• Bodhi Center staff can access data for support and quality assurance.
• Service providers we rely on (Anthropic for AI responses, email and hosting providers) process data on our behalf under their own terms.

5. How we protect your data

• HTTPS in transit; encrypted backups at rest.
• Role-based access for staff; advisors only see their own clients.
• Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt).

6. Your rights

You can at any time:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information from your profile page.
• Delete your account — write to us at the email below and we will erase your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Cookies

We use functional cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent change.
