1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using center.bodhigroups.com ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
• You will not share your account with another person.
• You will notify us at support@bodhigroups.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, harassment, or infringement of others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or to other users' accounts.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service at scale without our written permission.

5. Advisor engagements

• Advisors listed in the network are independent practitioners certified by Bodhi Group.
• Bodhi Center facilitates introductions but is not a party to the engagement contract between you and your advisor unless explicitly stated.
• Advice given by an advisor or by the AI Mentor-Coach is general business guidance, not legal, tax, medical, or regulated financial advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions.

6. Payments

• The Service is currently offered free of charge during a beta period.
• When paid features are enabled, applicable fees and refund terms will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

7. Intellectual property

• Bodhi Center, its branding, instruments (Genius, Five Pillars), and content are owned by Bodhi Group.
• You retain ownership of content you submit (assessment responses, messages). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process this content to operate the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by writing to support@bodhigroups.com.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bodhi Group's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, during the free beta, zero).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Phnom Penh.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
