Nothing is charged when you apply. We speak with you first to check this is the right fit, and payment is arranged after that by bank transfer or KHQR.

Common questions

Is this religious?

No. The name comes from the Bodhi tree as a symbol of understanding, and the method draws on an old way of understanding temperament. The day itself is practical — your life, your family, your decisions. There is no religious practice and people of any faith attend.

Do I have to share personal things?

You control what you say. Most of the writing is private and you show it to nobody. In the afternoon you share only the commitments you choose to say out loud.

Can I bring my husband or wife?

Yes, and couples often come together. You each book separately and each do your own writing. What you decide to share with each other afterwards is between you.

How is this different from Bodhi Growth Day?

Growth Day works on the business — the numbers, the pillars, a 90-day plan. This works on the owner — why you are doing it and what it is costing you. Many people do both, and the order does not matter.

Is this therapy?

No, and we do not want it mistaken for it. It is a group day about life design and leadership, led by business advisors rather than mental-health professionals. If you are going through something genuinely difficult, seek the right help — this is not a substitute for it.

If it turns out not to be a fit
Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We call you first, and if this service is not right for your business we will say so and point you somewhere better — including somewhere free. No money moves before you have spoken to a person.
