A 36-question diagnostic of your cooperative across six areas: governance and democracy, membership and engagement, finance and transparency, production and quality, market access and sales, and leadership and capacity. An advisor conducts it with your committee on site, scores each question against a written standard, and leaves you a Khmer report, a six-area chart and a maturity level.

The advisor sits with the committee and works through all thirty-six. Each question has its standard written out, so the room can see why each score is what it is.

Nothing is charged when you apply. We speak with you first to check this is the right fit, and payment is arranged after that by bank transfer or KHQR.

Common questions

Is this an inspection or an audit?

No. Nobody fails and no authority receives your result. It is a diagnosis for the cooperative itself, to know what to build next. You decide who else sees it.

Who needs to be in the room?

The president, the treasurer and the secretary at a minimum. The full committee is better. Several questions get different answers depending on who answers, and that difference is itself part of the finding.

What if our score is low?

Most cooperatives start lower than they expect, which is why measuring is useful. A low score is a map, not a verdict. What matters is the next score, after you have done the work.

How does this connect to our AgriCoop account?

If your cooperative exists in the AgriCoop system, the result also appears on your cooperative profile there — score, level and the six-area chart, with a link to the full report. You do not enter anything twice.

How often should we do it?

Once a year is enough for most. The real value comes at the second measurement, because that is when you see what a year of work actually changed.

If it turns out not to be a fit
Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We call you first, and if this service is not right for your business we will say so and point you somewhere better — including somewhere free. No money moves before you have spoken to a person.
