Designing the programme
We speak to a few of the participants first. A programme designed from a brief alone almost always answers the wrong problem.

Half a day to three days, at your premises or elsewhere. About half the time is spent working on your own real cases.

Nothing is charged when you apply. We speak with you first to check this is the right fit, and payment is arranged after that by bank transfer or KHQR.

Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We call you first, and if this service is not right for your business we will say so and point you somewhere better — including somewhere free. No money moves before you have spoken to a person.
Not sure training is the answer?
