Nothing is charged when you apply. We speak with you first to check this is the right fit, and payment is arranged after that by bank transfer or KHQR.

Common questions

Can you guarantee I will get the grant?

No, and be careful of anyone who says otherwise. The funder decides, on their criteria and their budget. What we control is whether you applied to the right programme, whether the application answers what was asked, and whether the documents are complete.

How does the 5–10% success fee work?

It is an alternative to the fixed fee: you pay less at the start and a percentage if the grant is awarded. Which option is available depends on the programme, because some funders have rules against that arrangement. We confirm it in writing before any work starts.

What if you tell me I do not qualify?

It is a common answer, and it is why the eligibility check comes first. Spending eight weeks on an application that cannot succeed is the bigger loss. We will tell you what would have to change for you to qualify next time.

Do I need English?

No. We work with you in Khmer and write the application in both. What you do need is to understand what it says, because the funder may question you directly.

Do you have contacts inside these programmes?

We do not offer introductions and we do not claim influence over decisions. What we have is familiarity with what these programmes ask for and experience in answering it properly.

Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We call you first, and if this service is not right for your business we will say so and point you somewhere better — including somewhere free. No money moves before you have spoken to a person.
