Nothing is charged when you apply. We speak with you first to check this is the right fit, and payment is arranged after that by bank transfer or KHQR.

Common questions

My staff will not follow written procedures.

Most people do not, when the procedure was written by someone else and handed to them. We write them with the people who do the job, based on how they actually do it. After that it is theirs, and compliance looks very different.

Does this mean buying software?

Usually not. Most of the businesses we work with get much better on paper, notebooks and a group chat. Software on top of a disorganised process only makes the disorganisation faster.

Do I have to stop working in the business?

No. The goal is that you get to choose. Plenty of owners enjoy the hands-on work, and that is fine. What changes is that the business stops halting when you are ill or want to travel.

How long before it shows?

The first procedures usually show within a few weeks, because they stop the repeated questions. The bigger change — you no longer being the only decision-maker — takes longer, and it depends on whether you actually stop deciding.

Will you write my employment contracts?

No. Operating procedures and legal documents are different things. For internal work rules and contracts, see the Bodhi policy templates, where the sensitive ones are done with an advisor.
